Returns & Refund Policy

At Grand Cannabis, we’re committed to providing every customer with a positive shopping experience. While we stand behind the quality of the products we carry, all cannabis sales are considered final in accordance with our return policy.

 

Refunds or exchanges may be available under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or compromised (such as being expired or containing mould).
  • The product is defective (for example, a vape cartridge or disposable vape does not function properly).
  • The product has been officially recalled by Health Canada or the licensed producer.
  • An error occurred during the sale (such as receiving the wrong product, being charged incorrectly, or not receiving an item that was purchased).

If you believe your purchase falls into one of these categories, please contact or visit your nearest Grand Cannabis location. Products returned due to a sales error must be unopened, have the original excise stamp fully intact, show no signs of tampering, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To process a refund or exchange, you must provide your original receipt or another valid proof of purchase, such as a bank or credit card statement. Refunds issued to debit or credit cards may take approximately 3–14 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
